Semolina

Description:

Semolina is the coarse, purified wheat middlings of durum wheat used in making pasta, breakfast cereals and puddings. It has no aroma or taste of its own.

Types:

Semolina is available in many varieties. Some of the popular ones are:

  1. White semolina is as the ground middling form of wheat or rice.

  2. Yellow semolina is the middling ground form of durum wheat.

Packing:

Packing and markings as per buyers' requirements.

Volume:

A single 20' F.C.L. carries approximately 15 metric tons of semolina

Precautions:

Keep in cool dry dark place.
